chatBEE — Child Safety Standards

Effective June 11, 2026

These standards apply to chatBEE(the app published as "chatBEE" on the App Store and Google Play) operated by CET (THAILAND) COMPANY LIMITED.

1. Zero tolerance for CSAE

chatBEE strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) in any form, including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, sexualization of minors, and trafficking. chatBEE is an 18+ service: date of birth is required at signup and accounts declaring an age under 18 are blocked. Accounts suspected of being underage, or of targeting minors, are banned.

2. In-app reporting

Every message, profile, AI output, and board card in chatBEE can be reported from inside the app (long-press, then Report) without leaving the app. A dedicated "underage user" report category exists. Reports are reviewed promptly by our moderation team, supported by automated text and image screening that runs before board photos are published.

3. Action on CSAM

Upon obtaining actual knowledge of CSAM we immediately remove the content, terminate the account, preserve evidence as required by law, and report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to the Royal Thai Police Internet Crimes Against Children task force (TICAC) where applicable.

4. Legal compliance

chatBEE complies with applicable child safety laws, including Thailand's Computer Crime Act and child protection legislation, and cooperates with lawful requests from competent authorities.
